Former SPACED Director launches Minima Aesthetica

Marco Marcon, one of SPACED’s original co-founders and our former, long-time Director, has recently launched a new venture: Minima Aesthetica, a Substack online publication.

In Marco’s own words, it offers “an insider’s perspective on the conceptual entanglements that haunt the ever-growing global art world.” Some of the titles of already published articles are intriguing and appetising: "Critique of Perplexed Judgement”, “Who Ya Gonna Believe, Me or Your Own Eyes?”, “How To Travel the World Without Leaving the Artworld”. The latest “Salon des Refusés: Global Edition” reflects on the 2024 Venice Biennale. It’s free to subscribe, and Marco hinted that it may be a roman à clef, full of familiar people, places, and events, albeit disguised under a thin veil of anonymity. You should check it out, even just to see what he may say about YOU!
